ABOUT GREEN POTATOES

Green= vegetables = good, right? Not when it comes to potatoes. Here's an important piece of informationthat fewthese days know about. Green in potatoes indicates the presence of a rather harmful toxin. When you see patches of green in your potatoes as you peel them, cut out the green parts entirely and discard them. What is the green? Actually it's chlorophyll. Not bad for you at all. But the chlorophyll indicates that the potato has been exposed to sunlight. And where the potato has been exposed to light is where a natural toxin in the potato (solanine) becomes concentrated at harmful levels. So, never store your potatoes on the counter. Always keep them in a cool, completely dark ple. According to the Wikipedia, deep-frying potatoes at a high temp erature (306°F) effectively lowers the level of toxins. But boiling them (212°F) has no effect. Best to stay on the safe side and just cut away the green parts. The NIH website mentions that the potato sprouts can also have concentrated solanine, so those too should never be eaten.

Today somebody in our class cry leh.People always call him monkey because he looks lyk a monkey.He is Z* Q***.In our class he alaways bully us.He never do home work then Madam Hanis scold him and Sh**m**.Sh**m** also never do home work,but he never cry.The boys also think Z* q*** is a sissy and a gay.I hope hor he can be brave.....

I had so much fun on that dae itself.My小叔& my 小娍 brought me there.
We played basket ball and many other more games that I played so much

Went to town wif my mum ytd. Mummy bot 4 me story books from Borders. Oh ya.... I bot 4 my sis a book on Rainbow magic. It costs me $16, expensive lor.. Since her Birthday is round the corner , treat it as a gift from me to her. After dat, daddy came to Plaza Singapura to have dinner wif us. Went to Cafe Cartel for dinner. Today, my MT teacher gave out the 听写 books then i got 54 marks.
Then at home,I eat dinner and watch Indiana Jones.
After the show, I went to do my home work.
Then I told my mother about how much marks I got.
My mother was very angry.
